Designed by Franco Albini, Franca Helg, and Antonio Piva in 1969, the AS1C Table Lamp emerged from the Albini-Helg-Piva Studio at the height of the Neo-Rationalist movement, embracing simple, pre-existing lines and structures in lighting. 

The chrome metal body of this lamp exemplifies trademark Italian elegance, featuring clean linear elements. Its design consists of a T-shaped base which is balanced by a round shade, providing a striking contrast to the frame's lines.
