This is the glamorous Prisma 0821/LT floor light with curved stand from Patrizia Volpato.
The diffuser is made from clear faceted Perspex, known also as acrylic glass, Plexiglas, and Lucite in the US. All metal parts, including the curved stand are chrome. A beautiful piece of Italian designer glamour.
